man Philip goes continental
Philip
Suter, a former director of Aitchisons Tennysons estate agency in
Beaconsfield and a member of the ARLA National Council in the
1980s, has launched an international holiday home marketing
website. After
discussions with specialist home agents in the South of France,
Philip, who has been involved in domestic residential lettings
since 1981, discovered there are many independent agents and
property owners who do not have their own website. His site,
euro-rentavilla.com, is advertised in selected English language
publications in France, Belgium, Spain as well as Ireland and
Britain initially together with the EasyJet in-flight magazine. Philip
said: "Many property owners employ a local agent or friend to
find guests for their properties and quite often these people
might look after anything from one to five properties".
